As an Account Executive at ComForCare, you will oversee marketing initiatives, establish and maintain relationships with customers and referral sources, participate in strategic planning, and ensure consistent communication with clinical staff to maintain a unified message for customers and the community.

What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate; Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel 75% of the time
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements and restrictions in home health services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated supervisory and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills, flexibility, assertiveness, and team orientation
What you will be doing:
- Establish, implement, and manage marketing initiatives
- Provide education to health care professionals, clients, and families about home care services.
- Establishes and maintains mutually beneficial working relationships with current and potential referral sources
and payors.
- Attend and represent ComForCare Home Care at networking and community events
- Participates with the management team in strategic planning activities, identifying opportunities to improve
services and better meet customer needs.
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the Agency’s markets, key referral sources, and position in the market
related to competitors.
- Report weekly with Administrator to discuss reports of marketing activities and effectiveness.
- Other activities as directed.
